What happens during my initial consultation?

During the initial consultation, which can be booked here, we go over your questions and concerns and discuss what service you require. We go over your background information and any other relevant files you bring. The consultation is an opportunity for you to ask questions regarding your immigration needs. At the end of the consultation we may sign a retainer agreement for further services.

Will my consultations be confidential?

The Law Society of Upper Canada mandates the following in relation to client confidentiality:

Confidential Information
2.03 (1) A lawyer at all times shall hold in strict confidence all information concerning the business and affairs of the client acquired in the course of the professional relationship and shall not divulge any such information unless expressly or impliedly authorized by the client or required by law to do so.

All clients, including those attending consultations at BIS, should feel assured that any information they divulge will remain strictly confidential.

How can I pay for my consultation?

You can pay for the consultation directly from our website when booking the appointment here. Due to COVID-19, our offices in Canada and Bangladesh are closed. Upon reopening, we will accept in-person payment during the consultation.

We accept all credit card, debit card, E-Transfer, and PayPal.

Information regarding refunds and appointment rescheduling can be found here.

Why should I hire a licensed immigration consultant?

ICCRC licensed immigration consultants are registered, insured, and held accountable by the Government of Canada. We are experts in the immigration field, and have gone through rigorous education to attain the license. By using a licensed immigration consultant, you are increasing your chances of success, and avoiding fraudulent consultants who are not obligated by any regulatory body.
